This was great! I have the perfect knife - with the scalloped serrations that I never use. I think it is a terrible bread knife as it won't cut through crusts. I am surprised I haven't gotten rid of it. It will be fantastic for slicing cakes. Also loved your tip about the false bottom of tart pans! Thanks so much!
