- Tried Instagram Trending *Spicy Potato Noodles*.
Method
-take 2 potatoes and steam
-mash the potatoes very well and add salt and 3 tbsp corn starch(make sure you mash the potatoes very well)
-& knead the dough very very very well if need then add 2 tbsp water
-now gently roll these and make noodles(dont use your full power to roll these, roll with left hand)
-add these noodles to boiling water and boil for 10-12 minutes (dont mix let these boil peacefully)
-just after boiling put these in ice cold water for 15 minutes
-now i have prepared some tadka so for that take kadhai
Add oil
1 tbsp Garlic
1 tsp Spring onion
2 tbsp Sweet chilli sauce
1 Schezwan Chutney
1 tsp Soya sauce
1 tbsp Vinegar
1 tsp Gochujung
1 tsp Gochugaru
Salt to Taste
Add Boiling Noodles
Sprinkle some spring onion and sesame seeds and serve😊
Note- dekho isme phle to potatoes ko acche se mash krna hoga and salt and corn starch daal ke phr bahut acche se knead krna hoga aur roll krte time ye dhyan rakhna ke aapka dough ekdum smooth ho tabhi perfect noodles banenge agr smooth nahi hota h to 1-2 tbsp paani add kr lena then roll aur bahut light hand se roll krna
