The 5 in NoCal - Mt. Shasta - WEED! - Dunsmuir

The Southbound journey with Kendra continues into Northern California, Mt Shasta dominating the southern horizon. I wanted to make I got Kendra to her destination before sunset, but at her urging, we make a couple of exits to visit two classic Mt. Shasta area towns, Weed (just for the name) and Dunsmuir, a railroad town that had a little festival going on that day.
