As dumb as it sounds, as I’ve processed this news at only 28 years old, I’ve thought a lot about the year you’ve had and how you’ve “come back to yourself” this year. It gives me hope for life after an unwanted and unexpected hysterectomy. So thank you for sharing your journey! Side note-being a boy mama is the BEST!
You will absolutely get there girl, I promise! It wasn’t easy and it had to be a conscious decision every day to fight for myself but one day I just turned around and noticed I was no longer fighting- I was just “back.” And it was the best feeling ever! Ask for help, give yourself grace, and keep fighting the good fight girl! YOU GOT THIS!
Found your channel in 2024 and love your recommendations. Thank you for your honesty about postpartum depression- women need to know it’s a real thing - and mom depression happens throughout being a mother (my daughter is 25- being a momma is like being on a roller coaster!) But, we get through these days with family support, friends, and knowing we are not alone. Have a blessed new year!!
