A Courageous Spirit-- Danny Silk

We are exhorted throughout Scripture to watch over the issues of our heart. One key component to successfully employing our deepest core values is our use of courage. Momentum grows daily as we tend to this powerful force in our lives. In A Courageous Spirit, Danny Silk tells two stories that he likens to King David's stories (the lion and the bear). One story is about killing the fear of man in his life and the other is about killing a rattlesnake that threatened the safety of a family. Courage is sometimes developed in dramatic ways, but we never forget when God jumps on our courage and brings us the victory.
