Food is simple but looks so appetizing!
Spaghetti bake.
Easy peasy.
Take leftover spaghetti, put in baking dish, a little extra sauce, top with mozzarella. Cover and bake at 350 for 1/2 an hour, remove foil, bake an extra 10 minutes or until cheese is lightly browned.
I like adding sauteed zucchini seasoned with Italian herbs and garlic into the spaghetti before baking.

The Alfredo keeps it moist and rich though. You could probably use less than she did and just a little to coat each strand but spaghetti will get dried out fast in oven
