I think that you didn't like at all 😂. I know that sounds weird trying to avoid wind in a 208hp naked. Good job Bill! Keep on with the channel. Thanks for your vids! Following you from Spain!
I also have stock pipes, and its too loud for when I just want to quietly pass through a mountain village without waking up the dead. Its rated at 106 db - not sure if they will even let me do a track day. Still love the bike though!
I think you have the right idea good for a track day. I like the lines of the bike without it. Thanks for the review and can’t wait to see what is in the other box.
I have a ZTechnik sport screen on my s1000R and it looks and functions great. The back of the streetfighter's dash sticks way forward, Which will make it tough for any aftermarket screen to look decent. Great work tho . Love the bike
I became a BMW/Ducati tech in 99 and worked in the industry till 2017 this is the torque I bought then. The lead tech at my shop recommended it and he didn’t steer me wrong. I had it tested ever year and it’s never needed adjustment. So easy to use and no batteries no clicking head to go out. @@CaliMotoTV The Akrapovic is better looking, sounding and quality than the Arrow system, which is why it's circa $5,500 out the door. And if Akra is good enough for the vast majority of the moto-gp grid... just sayin' 😀

I had a ducati monster and what bothers me the most was the force of the wind at high speed on my legs forcing them to open them and it tired my legs, I don't know if it happens with streetfighter
I actually have one of those on my bike I ride with it sometimes sometimes I take it off if I go on a long ride with my friends or leave it on I am nowhere near tired as they are when we get to where we going just riding around on the streets a ride without it
Great video mate greetings from Greece.. it’s one of the things I’m thinking about to go forward in this bike and leave my gsa the first is that I’m 6.4 feet tall and how I’m going to fit in that bike and because of that the wind issue.. what do you think? Take care ride safe
Hi Bill, did you test the screen when fully tucked in? If yes do you feel a lot of wind blast? Would like to know how it feels when fully tucked and giving it some.
but can i cummute though in india the destination is min 100-300 kms away and quality fuel stations can only be found at an avg of 80-90 kilo meter radius whats the tank range i can get ????
Couple thangs... - At higher fwy speeds, is the air coming off it to your helmet clean or dirty air? Much buffeting? It’s the dirty air that’s a killer. Clean air I’m ok with. - I use the SP Connect phone mount on my SF V4, really love it. Did you look at those before you got the quad lock? I’ve read comparison reviews where people prefer the SP, I’ve never tried the quad. Thx...
Cali Moto TV cool about the clean air. I use SP connect on my Ducati Pikes Peak, Streetfighter V4S, Superduke R 1290 and ZX14R. Haven’t noticed a single bobble. Solid as a rock, all bikes I’ve used it on. It does not shake whatsoever - none.
I have the MRA screen it is larger, but makes a huge difference, I use it on the road and track. Might not be pretty but it is extremely functional, I have no issues at high speed, it allows you to get the most out of the bike. I also had an MRA on my superduke 1290r, Same same
yea at first it really looks hideous but at the end of the vid I already got used to it a little bit. also I can imagine in higher speeds and in a more racy tugged position, on a trackday were u go in high speed every round, it will take a lot of pressure of your body and it will be less exhausting
It looks fine, like it could have come with the bike. Maybe there was so much wind on your chest before you didn’t notice it on your legs? Capital N = Newton, small case n = nano, you Americans that was funny 😃. Really nice place you live especially the palm trees! 🏍🇬🇧
Bro🤦♂️ I'm so used to full fairing bikes I'm sitting here thinking "how is he gonna turn the bike without the reservoirs hitting the windshield" until I realized "oh yeah, it's connected to the forks"🤦♂️🤦♂️🤦♂️
Not many naked bikes that look good with any kind of functional windshields. Occasionally there is one that works but so many of them make it look like the alien queen from Aliens.
For the torque wrench, snap on is the best brand. But you will pay a pretty penny for the the click and electric style. If you aren’t a mechanic, I don’t believe it’s necessary to buy a snap on. But then again you do you. Who am I to tell you what to buy and not buy Haha
Take it off immediately and dump it. Looks awful! I like Ducati's own wind screen much better. Does it protect? Who cares? I'm all for design over function. The SF looks best without whatever windscreen. Had the previous SF 1098. Did all kinds of bits to it. Clipons (made it ride even better IMO), rear sets, carbon bits, custom painted it yellow and black, but never had a windscreen. Loved the dry clutch of the SF 1098 BTW.
Im in the UK and I got one too but now taken off. No doubt it's better at speed but the look just kills it for me. I now have the one from shop.mircosapiodesign.it/categoria-prodotto/ducati/streetfighter-v4/.

Keep it on. I think it actually doesnt detract from the looks of the bike. Dont focus too much on it. :)
Beauty over function 4ever 🤣💪🏻🔥🔥🔥🔥
I think you need to get one that goes a bit lower to protect the TFT better and it’s likely to improve the looks as well.

Probably for the comfort of the riding position with the performance of a race bike I mean thats the whole point right ?
