(sell it online, after work is finished) And she sets up for boiling of hot water, coffee mate it fresh milk for them to self-make coffee, tea. Empathy goes a long way. Good impression all around.
House will stand out , especially neighbours are council house tenants, or whole street is full of council house. Council house usually worth way lower than other normal house in same size. Not worth spending so much in refurbishing it
I think its the click and self lock type of luxury vinyl floor in strip form, hang on a frame fixed to the walls. They are not completely rigid, so will bend if the bathroom is too long
personally, i dont like like it. way too colorful . i especially dislike walls that painted in different colors. and the floorings are unplesant to look at. it makes you feel dizzy to look at. all those things are not even in harmony. i would suggest you to google images for minimalism

在英國有工程經驗既行內人,睇完便知何處違規或做得不足😉
此半獨立屋尚有頗多擴建的空間，如開放式廚房向後園擴建至與飯廳一致，新增的空間可作為客廳或將開放式廚房移至擴建的空間之中。一樓及三角屋頂也能向後園擴大至與地面的擴建空間一致。三角屋頂更能增設老虎窗。
香港人真係無幾個出錢比人裝條，識得同workers多啲互動呢個道理，高人👍👍
