- First off I hope you all had a great Christmas full of family and friends! Well, we finally got the Avenger 85 mounted to the Banshee Queen. I’m very happy with how this project is turning out. The chain alignment is mint, we have just enough clearance with the pedals, and lock tight on every bolt I could find. It’s time to send it hahahah. Hope you all enjoy!

Brother!!! Hope your well 🙏. Oooooo yes I can't lie, I'm very impressed so far 👌. I think summer time heat might play a factor down the road and the squish gap, but nothing we can't over come. Question brother, do you make your spacers out of steel 🤔?? 🎉🎉

I got my avenger 85 running much better now. And don't worried, I haven't gotten mine to idle worth a crap either, but I know the cold weather ain't helping with that one bit. We'll see how they run in the spring when everything is optimal for them.
Heck ya 🤪 ❤❤❤ from what I've been seeing with my Avenger and others, they brake in very nice 👌. I was surprised how much mine smoothed out on the second ride 😮😮😮😂😂😂🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉

Out of the box with a little clean-up, and this engine has been the best I've had so far. Just just smooth 😎. I'm curious how she hold up over time ⏲️ 😂😂😂

What piston gap? Ring end clearance or the squish ...piston hitting the hed issue?
@2cyclebikeraricstreet195 it's been all over the place. I settled with a base gasket, 1 mm shim, and another base gaskets with no head gasket, just the Smokil Performance head oring gasket.

Its runs alright but I have to put 91 in it then 87 because it does not like 87 at all

I swapped over the crappy Chinese plug for an NGK BP6S plug, and it starts and idles much better- as in it starts in a couple seconds, also I run the idle a bit higher than that.
I also moved the needle second from the closest slot to the needle tip to fatten it up during break in.
This is my first motorized bike and it has way more gusto than I anticipated, first liter of fuel and it's running better and better.
Gusto!!!!!! That's right brother 🙏 you nailed it. So far, most fun out of a box I have had! Good luck, my man! I would just check your piston gap to make sure you're in a safe compression zone 😉. I think I will run a tank before I mess with my card. It's running a little rich, but I like it that way till the motor is broke in. Ride safe!! ❤

Like your channel stay transparent. Good to see an honest experience lol we all have a nasty jack and hp carb laying around lol. Btw i got the go max belly pipe and i like but id prob get a re regular mz65 if done again btw get a real mz65! They are magical and nothing compares.

How were the head mating surfaces and what not, did you have to do any sanding?
Thanks for the tip. I didn't have to sand on this one. Overall, it was a solid kit and I'm very happy with it.

Brother! Hope you and the family are well. I ended up cleaning up the ports with hand files and sand paper. Took a little time but I think it needed to be done. Had to work on the chanfer angle mostly. Squish gab are peples main concern right now. I did end up ording a 1mm spacer from the boys at Smokil Performance. It was 18 bones 😅😅. Ride safe bro. Not this Friday but next Friday, we opener her up a little and all I'm going to say is 🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉😮😮😮.

Did you use 3 base gaskets? Is that working well?
I ended up going base gasket.2 mm spacer and another bass gasket.I have a video a little bit ago of me.Put it all together if you like check it out.That'd be awesome. Ride safe a man
how many teeth does the stock sprocket have?
The kit came with a 45 tooth sprocket I believe. It was a ragjoint set up. I'm running a 36 tooth. 🎉🎉
You said it's 4 stroking: Could it be running rich? Your speed of 32mph is very slow for this motor.
For sure, 4 stroking at low speed, but I'm good with it till I'm done with the breaker in presses. I'm not big on sending it full speed on the first go. 😂😂 this Friday you will see a little more speed 😊😊 thanks for tuning in 🙏.
