You can get the final form of the Past Version's starters No. 008 Dobestar, No. 039 Unchinsenmu, No. 69 Angeltop at Level 1 by buying them for 10000 points each at the Game Center (north-west of Port Town/Bay City or at Puroland). This only applies to the Future Version while in the Future World (using the Ladder of Time to go to the Past World prior to defeating White Zakki/clearing the game will bring up Level 1 versions of the Future Version's starters instead). So, you don't have to trade to get these in Mirai-Hen.
