I made this recipe and it was delicious! It tasted like bread pudding. I added raisins since I did not have cramberries and also added some crushed walnuts into the batter. In addition, on top, I sprinkled some small chocolate chips. Also, for some reason, it took quite a while to cook. I am not sure why. It took over 2 hours to bake. Other than that, it is a great recipe and turned out delicious. I am from NY State.
