Considering the excessively high demand for it, people would still get around this but atleast itd deter some.

Bookmyshow could've used a lottery system or something similar to give tickets. They do the same for IPL as well, I think BMS themselve is part of this as they might earn way more by hoarding the tickets and selling in black/grey

Just look how many people are gifting Lounge tickets which worth 35,000/- as marriage gifts to newly married couples, or just a situation where the person who purchased the ticket giving to someone else for OG price due to unpredictable inconvenience for the sake of not wasting their money .I don't think bookmyshow can make these tickets non-transferable.
