- Daniele Pelorosso drives one of the highly modified E1-2000 Class units of the Renault Clio in the Italian Hillclimb Championship. With most of its structure spaceframed by this point, it puts together a very lightweight body with a 2.0L NA engine capable of around 280Hp/9.000Rpm.
Capable of beating far more powerful competition, it is only surpassed by another Clio unit that we will show in the upcomeing days...

There is now (since 11 October 2018) the new Renault Clio E1 with 2.0 Turbo and 500 HP, that was made in the slovenian Revoz, the driver will be Matej Grudnik.

This Clio has also a built-in lifter, if they need to change the tyres.

Clio cup top engines are 240bhp in 2 gen Clio.. This rocket make the clio cup engines look like a rusty chainsaw 😂
Alejandro González Clio Cup from that generation have barely 200hp, probably not even that. The speed comes from the sequential gearbox and suspension. This clio in the video have nothing fromclio cup except probably gearbox and maybe chasis, but engine suspension and brakes are waaay better than clio cup.
