All the attack speed quivers have been removed. I tamed my wolf in The Hinterlands, she is a rare spawn. Alternatively you can find the same model in The Burning Steppes.
It is located in isle of quel danas. You can get there through a portal in shattrath. NPCs are Olus or Soryn (both in the building north to the location you spawn from the portal)
