I did the Croatia island trip, but made a point to visit Zagreb for a few days when I was done. Such a beautiful city with an incredible history. And great beer.
One of the most beautiful cities i have ever been to, don't forget to visit the museum of broken relationships as it is one of the most famous in the world! Would love to see an Athens/Rome Travel guide next time. Much love Attache!
Great work Alex! Found your channel last year when researching Berlin. Love the historic coverage AND the Big Mac comparison 👌🏼 Stay hungry, genuine and constantly evolving! Cheers 🍻
Very informative and atmospheric guide. Your work has taken a more serious tone the last season or so, less wacky, laughing at Alex scolding the inside of his mouth with something spicy. Yet the quality of the content and visuals have definitely improved as well. Not that it was ever sub-standard. Thanks for showing off some of the lesser known corners of the world 🗺
regarding tram tickets, tram and bus drivers now sell only 15kn ticket that lasts 1,5 hour. 4 kuna tickets can only be bought at news stands and ZET offices. Also validators that can be used for these tickets are located only by the driver (new long trams also have those at the back of the tram)
One of the best videos on Zagreb. You did a fine job in mentioning travel within the city, food, drink etc. Well done. Looking forward to going there in Sept. Thanks again !!
First thing please put up links for the songs used in this video, they were awesome, they sync so well with the editing. Second, the choice of "Deliciously Convenient" statement is super cool. Third, after Beirut, Osaka I think cuz of you Im adding Zagreb in my bucket list. Kudos, keep travelling and inspire others
ruclips.net/video/AvpkIZqWdVU/видео.html It is a Zagreb bend called ELEMENTAL, the song name is called "Iz dana u dan" (from day to day), and actually they are singing about bad politics in Croatia. :D

You picked a great song! For those who don't understand Croatian, it is about poverty and corruption in Croatia. "We live from day to day, can we go lower, we don't live, we survive..." and so... :D Nice video!

Actually, you don't need to avoid dark lit alleys, nor the greater crowds... There's practically no that kind of random violence in Zagreb. Great video! Excellent presentation. Zagreb is beautiful. If I can only make a slight correction regarding Burek. In Croatia it is common to find cheese, potato and spinach version of this meal to be called Burek. That is not actually correct. Only meat version is called Burek. Cheese version is called Sirnica, potato version is called Krompiruša while spinach version is called Zeljanica. Visitors from Western countries might have easier time pronouncing Burek, which is fine. However, you need to be aware that if you visit Bosnia and ask for Burek, be expected to get only meat version of this dish.

I don't know if you understand the words from the song in the background, but it's not the best PR for a travel video. It's accurate, however not good for tourism 😂😂

@Fnord Fnordington you are saying school shootings are fake???
@Fnord Fnordington how are school shootings fake? People in america die of them all the time. People get shot and killed unlike here.

One of the most beautiful Eastern European City! Loved the video
It really is, a stunning place.
Not Eastern Europe
Actual, Croatia was part of western Roman empire
Croatia is politically and culturally part of central Europe, has been since the Frankish Empire.
NaH_Gaming I heard that you are not in Europe at all, you are in Asia
As a Zagreb native I have to tell you that you did an awesome job!
Tip: you turned the tram ticket, when you validated it, the wrong way.

Beautiful city and people …
Thank you! This was a gem to watch and I just added Zagreb to my Croatia plans. I look forward to your next destination
The food section always makes me happy, great country and great presentation 🤗
