I mean, even tho' this was 7 yrs ago, it was still WAYYYYYYYY overdue. This woman is LITERALLY one of the pioneers of what we know to be "modern day gospel". She's also one of the very few remaining gospel legends from the "golden age of gospel", when people like James Cleveland, Inez Andrews, The Barrett Sisters, Albertina Walker & the Caravans, stepped out of the shadows of obscurity, to become household names. There is no Yolanda Adams or Le'Andria Johnson, if there is no Shirley Caesar.
