  • Here's a simple recipe to make Paneer Tikka in an air fryer:
    Ingredients:
    - Paneer: 200 grams, cut into cubes
    - Yogurt (curd): 1 small bowl
    - Ginger-garlic paste: 1 tablespoon
    - Red chili powder: 1 teaspoon
    - Turmeric powder: 1/2 teaspoon
    - Garam masala: 1/2 teaspoon
    - Cumin powder: 1/2 teaspoon
    - Coriander powder: 1 teaspoon
    - Chaat masala: 1/2 teaspoon (optional)
    - Kashmiri Lal mirch powder: 1 teaspoon,
    - Lemon juice: 1 tablespoon
    - Oil: 1 tablespoon
    - Salt: to taste
    - Capsicum tomato and onion: 1 each, cut into cubes (optional)
    - Skewers: If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for 15 minutes.
    Instructions:
    1. Prepare the Marinade:
    - In a bowl, mix the yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, red chili powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, cumin powder, coriander powder, chaat masala, kashmiri lal mirch powder, lemon juice, oil, and salt.
    - Whisk everything together to form a smooth marinade.
    2. Marinate the Paneer:
    - Add the paneer cubes to the marinade, ensuring they are well-coated.
    - If using, also add the capsicum and onion pieces.
    - Cover the bowl and let it marinate for at least 30 minutes (or up to 2 hours for a deeper flavor) in the refrigerator.
    3. Preheat the Air Fryer:
    - Preheat your air fryer to 180°C (350°F) for about 5 minutes.
    4. Assemble the Skewers:
    - Thread the marinated paneer, capsicum, and onion pieces onto the skewers, alternating them.
    5. Air Fry the Paneer Tikka:
    - Place the skewers in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
    - Air fry at 180°C (350°F) for 5-10 minutes, turning the skewers halfway through the cooking time. You can brush some oil or butter on the paneer while turning for extra crispiness.
    6. Serve:
    - Once cooked, remove the skewers from the air fryer and serve hot. Sprinkle some chaat masala and lemon juice over the paneer tikka for an extra burst of flavor.
    - Serve with mint chutney and lemon wedges.
