I lived there for 3 years and I can confirm everything you say, the atmosphere in Germantown is unbelievable. I would love to move there again although it is a bit expensive 😅
Yeah, it’s definitely gone up in price but such a great area.
The best restaurants I went to was in Germantown, great area!!
And they just keep adding new ones!
