Love my luxurious custom home in Nashville.... I might need to add a few more touches to it though... More lighting in the backyard, stand heaters for those chilly evenings, after the sun goes down, hottub possibly, firepit as well with intergrated benches cicler or L shaped, maybe even an X to mark the spot.... So this is a pro east Nashville video. Don't come to East Nashville if you don't like to breathe air WTF... I hate East Nashville since I lived here. It's full of douchebag hipsters and horrible pot holes.

The title of this video made no sense. It should have been 5 things that are cool about East Nashville or 5 things I like about East Nashville.

It's beautiful house,,,, I wished that you had explained a little bit about the drive way, how to access the house FROM the main road, on Google maps it's not clear at all,,,, but the house itself is absolutely gorgeous,except for the kitchen backsplash in stone and the unessecery glass/metal frames of the open doors in the entry,,,👍....!!!!!

It's a beautiful home but it's not unparalleled luxury,because the decorating and the staging is somehow flimsy,,, it's too neutral no colors which means it's difficult to put some artwork, plus I don't know what's that long counter in the diamond room😊....!!!

Good luck with this house,,, it will be for sale for years to come,, unless you find someone who doesn't care about design,,,😅 What really messed up the house is what looks like an unessecery 2nd kitchen behind the main kitchen plus it's without a window 🪟, that's what made you put the kitchen island the way you did and the shower glass panels, it's very low grade, any table you choose it doesn't fill the long space in the dining area,,,etc,,, the outside is very attractive though missing screen porch and the foyer is beautiful, the decorator did her best to cover so many of the clumsy and flimsy design ,,, !!!!

It's absolutely beautiful and the bathrooms are exquisitely designed, the outside is grand,,, but there's a lot of waist,,, two big laundry rooms , for what??? It should've been a small one in the basement with a kitchenette to make it a separate studio with its own entry,,,, and a big One for the rest of the house,,,, the 2 little corners in the dining room are annoying 😕...!!! There's no snack-bar in the bonus room,also,too many areas for cooking and eating and very little little room to sit down in the main level., imagine you have 10 guests..!!! The right side of the kitchen is too black, there should be some wood shelves to break it down,,,, but again you have to carry the wood theme to the ceiling of the dining or the living room,as is now it's too monotonous,,,, it's beautifully built however and it's in Brentwood.👍...!!!

This home has a lot of interior designs I do not like starting with that ugly rock fireplace. I prefer white more modern look like huge cement or traditional fire places like the one featured in the office. Not a fan of dark hardwood floors. No covert ceilings design. Some of the tile was not my style or countertops. Did like the floor to ceiling windows but would prefer them to have the black trim. Overall noticed Nashville homes in the price range is just far behind those you find in States like Tx, and Utah in overall design and putting in that extra detail. Wasn’t impressed!

Beautiful house. Liked the staircase off to the side and not in front of the door. Wish it had a formal dining and a wood burning fireplace. That covered PATIO, wow, NICE! The powder room and that full bath diagonal (wish that bathroom was in the bedroom) Loved the long shelf line walk to the Primary Suite, the bath and closet - Perfect. Garage was adequate, the backyard was decent, liked the walkout from the Primary and Bonus room. Now if you could pick the house up and move it away from the power lines. I do like the majority of the rooms upstairs. 😁
