Bluish grey will go well with the background. But if you want the cushion to be a focus point then you must go for some bright colour (best if you can have a geometry multicolour print for the fabric to make it pop a lil bit for the focus as the other elements are simple and plain.

An interior designer suggests to color your room in the ratio 60:30:10. 60% of the room should be a dominant color, 30% should be the secondary color or texture and the last 10% should be an accent. So I suggest the cushions/pillows should be of bright/accent colors if you don’t have other accent stuffs in the Van.
I think the (from the tiles)blue white geometrical pattern fabric will make the flow go better. It will combined the vive of blue white brown together . But thats just my thought. You are going to live there. But the bedsheet should be as Priya says. All the colours she likes, then you can change whenever you feel like and enjoy all of those colours.
