Do the colours show on the reverse side of painting (inside of bag) . Mine does as it's a thin bag. How do I prevent that?
You can put a piece of newspaper inside of the bag to stop any ink coming through to the inside.

Use card board not newspaper
Putting Cardboard or carton in between will be the best to prevent the paint from seeping through

Do i need to wash the material before painting.
It is always best to wash any finishes from fabric before painting.

Are there some fabrics that are difficult to paint on or that the paint won’t adhere to?
Natural fibres are best (like 100% cotton) and some fabrics have a coating on so it helps to wash them first.

Can the fabric be washed without losing the paint?
You have to heat set the painting with an iron when it's dry. Iron it until it feels hot to the touch. Then it will be washable.
