My method allows us to see our drivers on the Samsara map and only spend five minutes with the installation. It saves us a trip to a mechanic, but our drivers can certainly take it to a mechanic when doing routine maintenance.
Our drivers were really struggling with completing a self install. Without tools or ability to get into the floorboard area, this was the simplest installation to have them pop up on the map and not lose work time waiting for a professional installation.
