Here I sit a 51 year old Combat Veteran so to say that it takes a lot to get me to cry says something. I have seen this video pop up in my feed a few times and never really stayed to the end but then again I WAS a purest when it came to my country music but Jellyroll is different. He has a quality about him that has drawn me in. I wasn’t a fan till I heard The Lost. Then I watched this
The professionalism of Craig, he can tell Jelly was shaken, not by fear, but by excitement to be sharing the stage with him, and he guided him through this entire performance, and that is absolutely amazing to see, they both did AMAZING
Thank you jelly Roll you saved my life. Im clean and sober 2 1/2 weeks big part by u and much praise to the good lord. As i lay here crying i just hope it gets ezer. Im at rock bottom homeless 7+ years just want a smal part of my life back. God bles America
I work as a case manager at a homeless shelter. This song has always touched me. Jelly Roll is an inspiration and such a humble man. He truly is a testament to what God can do in a life. Craig Morgan could have chosen any number of gifts to give, but his choice was so personal and so deeply meaningful. I imagine that will be hung with pride and appreciated more than many other things he has received.
Craig Morgan is an absolute class act and a treasure. Jelly Roll is a gift and seeing his humility is so refreshing. The two together, that was wonderful.
The impact here is profound. I can feel it in my own soul. Proof we are all the same. Sinners in a world together. I love you Jelly. Been to see you twice. Come back to Florida man! Swim in the river with us

I just introduced my Father to Jelly Roll and this song this week especially because we absolutely love Craig Morgan, and well this week, I just lost him to a motorcycle accident on his way to work. The hospital tried their best and did gods work but heaven gained another angel! So this is the last song me and him shared together. You have gained a forever fan Jelly! Keep on doing your thing, You're making such an impact. If you are reading this, call your parents and tell them you love them. Never know when it will be the last. He really enjoyed Son of a Sinner as well

Rare to see such humility and RESPECT. Craig Morgan is one of my favorites. Jelly roll is getting there. I hope he gets and remains healthy. His daughter deserves to have her daddy around for a lonnngg time.
The fact that you're watching a guy as big and tough looking as jelly roll break down in tears because he got to do a song he idolizes by one of his idols just goes to show how much music can change people with great and bitter effects
Yes me too. Him and bunny are amazing and people think that she uses him for money when in actuality she was the one that helped to get to where he is today. She has her own money and don’t need his. They are a power couple.
Jelly Roll, you mentioned in this video that you wanted to make people feel the way that Craig Morgan made you feel... I do believe that you have successfully with all of your heart and with God by your side have accomplished to do such a thing.. without your music, without your inspirational words in a form that many of us understand, I truly believe there would still be so many lost souls struggling to understand. You have brought the power of God back into so many people's lives, you are a true blessing. I thank you from the bottom of my heart for sharing with the world your talent. Lots of love
I have been around this music all my life. There are several that TEAR ME UP, this being one of them. Another is 3 wooden crosses. If country music doesn't do you like this, listen again.
I swear he’s the most humble artist that I’ve ever seen not even exaggerating I don’t think I’ve ever seen anyone with more gratitude than him you can see his soul
Post Malone is another one. Both Jelly and Posty are two of the kindest people you'll ever meet. Two of the most talented and versatile artist going today. Two of the most humble and appreciative artists.

This man is EPIC!!! Craig Morgan is also EPIC!!! Most don’t know Craig Morgan is a VETERAN and does a lot for our military community! Jelly Roll has so many achievements he hasn’t reached yet and I’m beyond words excited to see where he goes!
As a man, I’m proud to say, this is the first time I’ve watched ANY artist from ANY genre and cried. Cried out of sheer happiness and gratitude that this gentle giant named Jason is finally getting the recognition he deserves. The future is brighter everyday.

This that same dude that coined the phrase. "If my P.O. ask, I hang drywall!" Got to love how far he has came. How hard he has hustled. This man certainly has hit me hard with more than 1 song. On more than 1 occasion. Congrats Jelly. You are an overall inspiration. Not just thru your music. Keep up the hard work brother!
Stories like Jelly’s need to be told to the world to remind people no matter how bad things are people can completely turn there lives around. Ol Jelly is a huge inspiration to so many of the black sheep, the outsiders, the ones that family and society are ashamed of like me and possibly even u bubba. Man i was a true piece of shit back in the day and still am… but now im just a smaller piece of shit lol. I was locked up multiple times but one time really stands out. I was pissed because I wanted to watch the Steelers but they wanted to watch a Tyler Perry movie or some bull shit so I layed down with my shirt wrapped around my head trying to go to sleep, all I could hear was that BS on the tv and BAM they started slamming dominoes, I was ready to get 25 to life added on to my bid. Then I heard Cool water on my radio then Alone and forsaken by Hank Sr back to back and that shit changed my life. I realized music allowed me to mentally escape any situation I was in. When I got out i ran in to my cousin and he wouldn’t talk to me, he eventually told me that I had snapped on him for no reason (I was doped up) back in the day and put a blad# to his throat.. i balled like a baby. I still don’t remember doing that but after hearing other similar stories about awful things i had done I knew he was telling the truth and I couldn’t go back to the hard drugs, live fast and die young lifestyle. I remembered doing some unforgivable things but damn what all had I done that I cant even remember!? Shit scared me so bad i knew I had to change and ask for forgiveness. I’ve been sober for 12 years for the most part, been married for 16 years and have a 12 year old daughter that only knows me for the man I am now instead of the screw up I was back then. No matter how bad things seem never give up, the depth of rock bottom keeps changing as you get older and experience more heart ache and dark times.. u just have to keep fighting. Sorry about the book I just wrote man, I couldn’t stop putting my thoughts in to words. Take care and God bless u brother
@@lisafanninghowe thank u. Looking back at that comment it’s so embarrassing, I didn’t realize how long it was. I hold all of my problems in, I guess when u finally open up and put your thoughts in to words it is hard to stop. God bless
As I really didn't know who Jelly Roll was, he was in concert here so researched I found his music very international so we spent the money to go. Was having a great time until the guys 2 rows from us lit up a joint. The CHI Center in Omaha NE refused to do anything about it and we had to leave because I am a recovering adict we had to leave. JELL Roll was on stage promoting it. I totally lost all respect for a man that was just promoting sobriety could promote an addiction. It brings tears to eyes not because of the song, it is how fake Jelly Roll is. Total disappointment that people don't see right through his crap. His story mean nothing to me now.
Ok Bubba you had me balling my eyes out, not just seeing how far you have come but singing my dad's song, he passed away last Aug. By the end of the song I was smiling, seeing my dad fishing with the rest of the family that has passed on. Thank you! You did an incredible job!.
I'm remember the last last thing my dad told me before he passed was that he was ready to finally get to go fishing with his dad again. These songs hit home
What a beautiful song. Those two are connected. Made me cry. Craig is a wonderful performer and mentor. Best wishes to Jelly Roll, you have a true gift and I hope it takes you far. To hear you say you sat in the audience and cried like a baby, well those are words few men will ever say out loud. Best wishes, a fan in NY !
I have to second that cause I couldn't say it better. I'm 66 and these two have chill's running on me this whole song. Both these men and their families and the teams they help make it possible deserve all the Love we can help on them. To stand there and honor GOD Almighty in a time when that is frowned on and discouraged is very humbling indeed. Very Best Wishes to All of Them!
My parents lost my brother @ the age of 21 to a motorcycle accident. That is a pain you font want to see any parent go through. It is something they never got over. My prayers go out to you and your family.❤
Not many songs bring a tear to a grown ass mans eye but seeing this man sing his dreams with his idol does it. You can feel his soul thru his music. Get it man
So true. They make a good team. Maybe a duet in the future for the both of them ! Soulful indeed, when you can feel and see the emotion when they sing, that's magical and from the soul

God Bless You!!!!! you do the Lords work. i can understand why this song hits you like it should.
Craig Morgan is an absolute class act and a treasure. Jelly Roll is a gift and seeing his humility is so refreshing. The two together, that was wonderful.
I feel this. If you listen towards the end Craig tells Jelly “I’m a phone call away, always” such a class act
It was perfect
Perfectly said.

Brooo, the neverending freestyle 😆 fire though. Fuck yeah, big props to the big guy
