As in almost every bar wrapping video, the tape is wrapped the wrong way for riders and aesthetes, but the right way for bike shops, because it means less work for them when replacing aero brake cables. Contrary to popular opinion, bars wrapped from the ends inward will loosen more easily, because all the hand pressure is pulling the tape away from itself. If you wrap from the bar middle outwards, the hand pressure pushes the tape together - and you don't need to finish with electrical tape.
Nice tips: glue stick and electrical tape to secure the first wrap. This is the ONLY good thing--he does not show the most difficult parts of the job: wrapping around the brake handle and finishing the wrap with a diagonal cut.
