- Bestial units seem to be pretty hit or miss for most people. They are a hit for me, and I want to show you why!
Here is one of my favorite teams that I have made that centers around maximizing the damage output werefoxes can dish out.

foxes are arguably the worst bestral (her or werebears) but still a decent evade tank that has blinds. The issue is there are alot of better evade tanks and alot of better blinders.
Main edge for them is they are an evade tank that can use the best weapon type in the game (spears).
I do think bestrals are solid. Werewolves in particular are underrated and are misunderstood..
Interesting built but also pretty niche built to me. Well should be pretty good with only avoiding Feathershield.

I'm interested if you have something for Werelion and Werewolf units
Whats good for berserkers are the same for werelions. Werelions are essentially slightly better berserkers. Both are backline nukers .
Let’s not forget the werefoxes’ greatest strength. Them beautiful faces and those legs. Mmmm, beautiful!

Viking Skill for all attacks unguardable?
That is an option, but I still like the druid for the initial initiative reduction and evasion reduction so the sorceress has an easier time landing the freeze in the back line units. The extra defense and magic reduction that comes with defensive curse I also prefer.
The ability to hit a whole column is underrated, and poisoning is an excellent cherry on top. Travis is a better evade tank, but his damage isn't as good as the Foxes. Putting them on the same team is the best of both worlds to me.
werefox is a good example of mediocre when used but utterly annoying when the enemy spams them.
werelions are crappy.. altho i tried loving them since they looks so cool. Tried to like werewolves too.. but to no avail.
BUt i find myself getting better results from the wereowl, werefoxes and werebear.
Werewolves are excellent supports. If you stop comparing them to nukers and compare them to gilbert, elven archers, etc you'll start to see the value.
Werelions are nukers with grand smash. Werebears have a similar board nuke with earthquake but thats inferior..
Wereowls are excellent supports and tanks. They are 1 of the 2 most annoying units in the game.
Werefoxes are arguably the worst bestral as their niche (evade tank + blind) is simply done better by alot of other units.
@@TheRobversion1 I think the real trick with the werefox is that their 2 diamond AP & PP abilities are usually not worth using (outside of some niche poison builds) and they only make good frontliners at night. But they have one of the best pursuit attacks in the game, and they can heavily disrupt enemy fronts with blind and guard/passive seal. If you have a formation that's built to strike first (Gilbert/Alain/Druid/Marquess), 1 werefox in the backline with some +pursuit damage gear will do a lot of work on the opening turn. Dinah is frequently the MVP of her formation. The only other bestrial I find consistent use for is owls.
@@Veteripont i'd say those niche poison builds are also not worth using.
while they are certainly better evade tanks at night, they are certainly good as well in the day. the issue is there are just alot of better evade tanks and the night time bonus doesnt allow them to jump ahead of the evade tanks that are ahead of them.
agreed on having 1 of the best pursuit attacks in the game. shadow pursuit is the only reason they are worth using as evade tanks. if she's the mvp of your formations though, you arent using board or row/column nukes.
as for bestrals, the only ones that makes the cut of my final 6 teams are ramona and govil. Govil is good support, essentially a weaker gilbert. i have enough better nukers that bertrand or morard. and enough better evade tanks than dinah. or i have evade tanks that can serve double purpose.
