I think the black frame is the move🤟🏼 the 525s are notoriously loud, best way to tell is the oil, if you're getting any metal flakes. It definitely had a noticeable knock tho, listen close to the clip of it running in the beginning. Appreciate the love🤟🏼🤟🏼

I bought a 03 525exc got about 50 miles lost compression sent cylinder and head to la sleeve to be resleeved they said it's a 450 cylinder bored to 99 can i put a 525 piston back on the bike if it's a 450 bottom end not a525. How can i find out what the bottom end is
Rocker cover comes out the left side. Gotta leave the one bolt in. The one the center frame rail won't allow out. Lift that bolt while lifting rocker cover and finagle it out left side. I've done it.

boring these 525’s out is not good there prone to crank bearing failure anyways and boring them out only makes it worse because harder on the crank. when your riding and hit a slick spot and then hit the main road and that back tire grabs it puts a shit ton of wear on those crank bearings. It’s an good idea to get these cranks welded...do some research and it will tell you
Hi, can you please tell me where the right side radiator breather pipe is inserted, which can be seen clearly from minute 6.00? My bike has a dedicated tank and I lose it constantly with some heated on the track and I don't understand why
Must be a aftermarket case. Thats not the original or even a powerparts from ktm themself so.. its.pretty rare i.guess , if u wanna sell the cover , just pm ;D
Valve cover does come off in frame my man done it a few times, nice video, I'm on my 3 rd ktm 525 and im 50 years old, be warned they are addictive.

That’s not how you check the big end of the rod. Up and down is where you check, not side to side.
