- Dreams becoming reality | This film explores the concept of "Déjà Rêvé," a french term directly meaning "already dreamed". Similar to Déjà Vu, Déjà Rêvé is the feeling of something happening, and having the sense of having already dreamt it, or actually have previously dreamt it.
This short was made with a team of me and 2 other friends over this past summer. We wanted to do something quicker, which gave us the ability to experiment and try to be as intentional as possible when making something like this.
This whole short was shot on a Sony a7RiiiA with either a SIrui 24mm f/2.8 1.33x Anamorphic or a SIrui 50mm f/1.8 1.33x Anamorphic. Colored and edited in Davinci.
They just keep getting better! Great work on this, beautiful camera work too!
Acting was very good, all the filmed shots were amazing, editing was perfect, sound design was FLAWLESS. Loved every second, amazing job everyone

Wow i had this happen to me it felt like a deja vu but got stronger and stronger until i realized i had dreamt it the night before. I almost fainted. It freaked me out so bad.

Did it feel like the film. No. I was at the grocery store with my boyfriend at the time and we were talking and this feeling of deja Vu came over me but it kept getting stronger and stronger until I remembered I dreamt it the night before then he put his hand on my arm asking if I was ok and seeing I was about to faint. He said my face went completely white.
