I revisited this really short video today and showed it to my nieces. They laughed and cheered and one of them said "take that bad guy!" Then I let them watch it several times in slow motion before practicing the great 1-2 combo! I explained to them that a man will instinctively protect his groin but when you get him in the eyes first, his hands will go to his face and his head will go back making his now wide open groin come forward. At this point it's just a matter of how hard and how accurate you can kick him--and then how fast you can run!! I love this video and how simple but effective she makes it look!
