Really cool, not a concept I ever thought of. Being in a Special Stage allowing Sonic to go temporarily super could open a bunch more possibilities for gameplay.

I actually had a similar idea where the Special Stage space would overcharge you with 50 rings to temporarily go super with and chase down the Emerald, avoiding the obstacles as you chip away at the shield that holds it.
