Beautiful uniforms. Love the bamboo print on the bulkheads. Amazingly well presented, professional crew with fluent English! I wish I could speak another language. I love Garuda - I flew them to Bali - it was impressive!

One basic thing that differentiates Garuda cabin crew from, even say, Singapore Airlines' is that they are effective and competent human beings that talking with heart and human feelings; not effective and competent robot-like people that talking with less human characters...

Saya bangga dengan maskapai ini. Ada juga bbrp kecewa tp tertutupi dengan kelebihannya. Wajarlah. Satu hal yg tidak banyak diketahui umum adalah GA dinilai mahal...itu mindset awam. Padahal tidak. Hehe. Itu yg harus dirubah. Maklum ga banyak masyarakat melek internet. Saran, untuk citilink mesti dibanyakkan penumpangnya. Mesti punya ATR untuk bandara2 kecil ke besar. Beli banyak...juga narrow body ditambahin. Kalahkan si merlion yg ngakunya Indonesia itu hehe...
Seragam pramugari terbaik di dunia menurut saya. Terutama warna yg dipakai bak Agnesnya, kemudian warna oren. Potongannya bisa dibilang sempurna (gak usah dirubah). Tapi seragam pramugari Citilink malah sebaliknya (maaf ya), paling TIDAK INDAH di antara seragam2 maskapai yg ada di Indonesia.
The heels are only wore when on ground like in the airport. Before take off, the female crew will change their heels to "special shoe" for safety purposes. hope this helps
+Joshua actually the skirt has this high slit in its front between the legs, so this slit helps their agility in movement, as well as running in an emergency, swimming in case of a water landing (note that another airlines flight attendant uniforms with long skirt always have this high slit in the skirt, such as Lion, SQ, MH...) and the whole uniform made from an anti-fire fabric. also, as far as i know, flight attendants wear the uniform during evacuation drill, including wet drill, in a periodical reccurent..
body gesture seems really stiff, English need to be improved. Kinda bit dissapointed with this video, since they won the best cabin crew award. I guess my expectation for Garuda is too high, since they really ambitious to be a 5 star airlines which is the same level with SIA and CX. Come on Garuda, you can do it better !
