I’ve been reading comments in various black podcasts, and I’ve observed how, we as blacks have mastered the Art of pulling each down. We need an URGENT reset button.
She is saying be fit for purpose in terms of training & qualifications, skills and experience! For example, in the Department of Communications & Digital Technologies, we had four (4) Ministers back-to-back who knew zilch about broadcasting, telecommunications, economics, and digital technologies! They had to surround themselves with different experts and political hangers-on with different short-term interests! As a result, they could not make a difference between forest & wood and made disastrous decisions that were seen as failing SABC, collapsing Sentech, Post Office that is gone, and many parastatals under the department that have vanished, with billions of revenue gone & thousands of jobs lost!
The lady spoke and i was unimpressed. Honestly Msholozi was the last man i voted for and rn i dont see anybody within the anc or the whole parliament worthy of my efforts but him. And it looks like the world is on a pivot towards the east and Jacob is the right candidate for Mzansi to make that transition although unlikely now that he is with the MK. I guess andizi
Fikile Mbalula's weakness is his overconfidence, without Leadership Content, lack of Strategic Questionare analysis, and agility to study the chaos before occurring. In fact that's his biggest downfall, and if not studied, while still early, it can destroy his career. Point of highest Note.
there was a great article by financial times which covered the topic of "why mediocre but confident men often succeed" - mr fix it fits that description well

I have never heard Fikile explain anything in a way that would motivate me to think he is capable of fixing anything in this country. He specializes in bashing people

Mbalula has absolutely no leadership qualities. Look at how he's fumbled this whole MK debacle, zero strategy. His survival came from being a political chameleon who jumps from one faction to the next when he sees trouble coming as you've alluded to as well.

A lot of fancy words to describe uselessness, hai politicians mara 😟
😂😂😂 Definitely right lies of note
I like her, she's soo fluent, always on point.
True leadership, is more about leading and controlling yourself, your own greed, than just leading and controlling other people...
It takes an incompetence individual to describe and explain another incompetence individual.

She's so fancy about all this ... hiding behind expensive English terms
Useless ANC can be eloquent
They speak good English with no substance.........
😂😅she's dreaming! If you're still voting ANC, it says a lot about you.
True True indeed best presentation

Mbalula is a flip-floper a chameleon, using fancy English you can say he's adaptable.
Is Ayanda saying she can only be a Minister of Communications because she has “worked a day in her life” in Communication?
I think that’s what she is implying…
Hey Sisi Ayanda, please be ready many of politicians ask this question, after their Technical Knock-out, after elections final count.
Salute

You are not serious,he is to arrogant and rude,as a frontline for ANC they definitely will not get my vote
Mbalula failed on portfolios he led as a minister. There's no track record of his success anywhere.

Mxhim Mbalula is a good leader nonsense even Malema sad so once

Mbalula and the word "collective"reside in his tongue.
My personal thoughts he is not a good leader be it police transport or sport... Dismal failure
Just fluff… nothing of substance

This one is just meandering wasting English
Fikile Mbalula lacks wisdom & at times he is just plain arrogant. He can mock Jacob Zuma all he wants, he cannot match Ubaba in politics.
