I got all the mana boost talent in arcane tree. 3. If you don't do damage to a mob for too long it's exp will reset based on it's current health, so simply blizzard them all at max distance between each boss patrol interval(you can jumping on and off to make the mobs wondering around a bit ) 4. I noticed something . I guess blizzard updated or rework the xp method you getting in the mobs who are not taking damage for a long period of time (maybe 1 min) during kill phase because it gives low xp if you kite them too long.
@@mntalist 7k+ but dont worry about 1-2k mana ! if you need 3-5min longer becouse you need some clearcastes it doesen't matter you still get a crazy amount of exp/gold/vendor/random dropps as long as you pull this of in like 20min it could be still worth it.. better then doing nothing and looking for dungeons groups
@masonx So it turns out walls like the ones in this room are generally blinkable. The wall along the left side of the tunnel and going along the back is a safe spot and the wall along the right side of the tunnel and extending along the curve is all pathed. I'm gonna try to do the other strat (blink up, step down, step up) from the inner curve and see how it works out.
nah you gotta go deep in that safe spot if you go to far to the right and ice block the naga will stay on ya. you wanna be closer to the middle of the safe spot.

female undead can make this jump with giants growth elixir but you still bonk sometimes. tough jump unfortunately for those who played the BIS R/S combo

If you don't hit mobs in a certain amount of time the xp is reduced by the amount of HP they've lost. You'll need to keep hitting them for the full rate
So mad... I've played my female undead mage for all of classic and I can't do this because she can't do the jump consistently.... he's too short, it's a problem with the character models... It sucks :(

Is there anywhere the boosties can stand for this and get xp? Standing at the start works for the tunnel kill area but the ledge on the far side of the boss as a kill area is too far for them. I can't find any working spot.
@@InTheDemonsWake it doesn’t work. I play 2 accounts and watch on the 2nd monitor. When they are on the ledge the boostie gets no xp standing near start. When they are in tunnel he does.
Did you try noggenfogger to be „undead“? I‘ve seen that some Racials used the Deviat Fish in ZG to do the Ropejump. Maybe in SP it works the other way around?
whatever you do, dont do it like that ... look at the exp he got thats only half of whats supposed to be. thats because after 20-30 seconds of not interacting with mobs u loose exp based on missing hp it has.

I dont know if it's too late but there's a better setup for another jump that works 99% of the time. It's using the boxes further along the wall. It also allows for ignoring the boss but you have to pay more attention as the mobs get quicker to you. Still a safe spot from ranged attacks.
I'm a gnome so maybe it's different for me, but tilt your camera so it's about 45 degress to you, run directly into the wall in the middle, so that your running still trying to get through the wall, and jump. Jumping from further back causes misses.

@@leiflala it's definitely correct. The aoe reduction you're seeing is the mobs being hit for 70 ish damage. That's a max ranked blizzard with his gear. The 200+ are when he's casting on the first couple Mobs before the rest of the group catches up to reach the aoe cap
Yeee you have to make sure you don’t spend too long not doing any damage to them or the exp goes down relative the the health the mob had when “restarting combat “ with it
if you gather them all on the ledge, then divide out the pack and boss so he's separate from the pack, then you use invis, at the second you lose combat you run to the pack right after the boss and body pull the crabs at the front , then spam arcane xplo. Done correctly you regain all the mbos but the boss.
@@CAS89 gotta love the internet. Just goes to sarcastic and hostile instantly. Doesn't matter that my issues were with mana and needing to interrupt blizzard to apply fire ward/ice barrier! What matters is taking a stance of superiority! Yes, I have heard of fire ward. It's not as though fire ward solves all your problems, you still need to learn how to balance holding blizzard for mana with moving and recasting shields. I ultimately learned the pulls without the method in this video, but it took about 5 hours.
you can rank 1 blizzard / nova in the cave hall way. after you run back and come back those mobs should be walking away from left side before big tunnel.

This is sick I did it on level 60 with boosted/helfire quest gear it took a few wipes to master it ( 10ish ) but after that it was so fast
Why do I lose so much XP on these mobs? I see some of them give 100 or below XP, or 500-600 XP

Jumping on the wall and mobs aren't running to the other side of wall, so the safe spot basically isn't working
nah you gotta go deep in that safe spot if you go to far to the right and ice block the naga will stay on ya. you wanna be closer to the middle of the safe spot.

youre getting 1300 xp out of 2000 doing it this way. the combat gap is clearly happening. Using the ledge method eliminates this issue

whenever i jump on the wall 1 of the mobs always manages to stay and hit me and kill me, i ice block it but it stays anyway
You have to run further on the ledge. eventually blink if you have it up
If some mobs stay, try to wait a for 1 second and then go down and jump on the wall again. The mobs will then run to the others.

you might be better off doing like 4 ground kite pulls. They're pretty fast if you only have around 10 mobs per pull
No gear requierment :/ show that in green starter outland gear plz. you have very good gear for your lvl...
had greens and blues on my mage and did it just takes some more time because of mana
if u dont have mana the only thing you need to do is jump to wall and go back after a seconds, rinse and repeat

you wait too long until you start the pull, fresh instance, be ready, pull quickly & they never will be in your way

I find if you tilt your camera at an angle and run into it, so you're still running directly into it, then jump.

The jump is aids, sometimes you make it and other times you don't. I still wipe frequently because of that jump.

Yes, the method works okay but the damage he does with blizzard is incorrect. Due to the aoe cap vs 10+ mobs it would only do 10 DMG not 200

Level 61 is recommended, but people did it with Level 60 too, is just a coinflip with 61 because you get commonly alot of recists.

This is not live, this was on the beta before they hot fixed the aoe cap. You cannot get that damage from blizzard on 10 or more mobs.
You literally see thag the damage decreases the more enemys are in the blizzard radius
