When I removed the EGR valve, I found some cooler liquid inside. I ordered a new EGR cooler (plastic) with 2 gaskets. Do you think the leek is coming from the cooler?

My insignia keeps cutting out whilst driving could it be the egr valve

Great job, what would you suggest for removing a bottom rounded off EGR valve bolt please, much appreciated in advance.

I guess you got it off by now, but I used a Dremel to cut the bolt through the EGR housing, luckily it was one on the side and not an unreachable one.
