This is a Schuco Curtain Wall system. I can see the profile section of the mullion, the T-Cleats, The end notch of the transom, the deflector block and the mounting brackets. The method as well is very Schuco.
In most cases flanking noise is activated by foot step,that is, some dynamic behaviour and those vibrations are spreaded inside building structure (floor, wall, ceiling etc).
