This is a Schuco Curtain Wall system. I can see the profile section of the mullion, the T-Cleats, The end notch of the transom, the deflector block and the mounting brackets. The method as well is very Schuco.

Alguien sabe con que programa realizó tanto el modelo como la animación??

Apparently the mullion& transform connectection produces significant flnaking noise, I cna't see how from this video?

In most cases flanking noise is activated by foot step, that is, some dynamic behaviour and those vibrations are spreaded inside building structure (floor, wall, ceiling etc). Best way to dismiss it is to use "soft"/elastic, materials on elements connections/joints. Stick system uses the same principle of joint connection but has bigger problem with sound transmission (aluminum and glass have weak sound pressure resistance therefore nowadays most of the glass facades are made with triple glazing and laminated glass. In general, sound is a science of engineering on its own and there cant be one exact answer but multiple, depends on system, materials, cross section, location, soundproof requirements etc.

hi sir. I'm trying to find the differences between of the stick and semi curtain wall systems. could you please explain to me? thanks in advance

I did thesis on facade installation optimization. The difference is that with curtain you install it from member to member and with semi unitised first mullions and then infill panels (in this case glass). This is quite often a misunderstanding what is semi unitised, unit and mullion or semi curtain wall system. At the end they are all the same and it depends from every expert how he/she will name it and cross section (or installation method) is made. This is a quote from my thesis, you can find it on research gate, Ivan Cakaric ,
"Sometimes called panel, panelised system, hybrid system or mullion and panel they are not implemented in the façade typology and therefore fewer information about this system could have be found. Unit and mullion name is classified by AAMA Aluminium Curtainwall Design Guide Manual.Unit and mullion has a gridwork similar to stick system and prefabricated framed panels installed between. It is a system between stick system and unitized. It was popular in the 70s but is rarely used today (Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation, 2004). Its main advantage is to span two floors. For the North American market, mostly structural sealant is used for unit attachment. In this system, there will not be any aluminium member visible from outside."
