They save the 12th man helps (manager) but I see the 13th 14th 15th and 16th man, the way the coaching staff are involved and upfront with Mikel is a breath of fresh air. You don’t see that much in other teams
We barely see Mikel sit down, even when the game seems over, he still stood there making instructions till the end. Unlike someone whose team is losing 6-1 but still sit there staring into the void, not screaming to the players but still complaining why they did not follow tactics.
