Not really - you’re adding an extra crease for the vinyl to not glue want to the fabric. The whole purpose of pre-pressing is to not call or creases no lines just get something to help you put your logo in the perfect position. That way you can bypass an extra step in time.

Did you cut it with the shiny side up and mirror it? I have seen some say shiny side up and some say shiny said down. Mines doesn’t turn out that puffy lol 😢🤷🏽♂️🤣

Lower your heat and reduce the time… I’ve found that it’s very different even from brand to brand of the puffy vinyl and with each heat machine…. I always go less … seems to work for me
