Best to go to the Colmore Row exit to see the old Snow Hill Tram Stop. Or go up to Snow Hill Car Park above. Livery Street exit you should have walked to the Queensway then to St Chad's.
I've always thought that that was such a failure of forward planning. They must have known that the metro would be extended, so the ability to maintain rail/metro connection at Birmingham's third busiest station should have been a non-negotiable requirement.
At present its hopefully be turned back into platform 4 again and finish the easy connection between St chads tram stop and Snow Hill which was promised in 2019.

Need to explore more around Snow Hill. As there is a old entrance bricked up now on Livery Street.
