Never been on Boulder Dash, but notice the really intense "airtime" hills at the end. They throw you out of your seat, a feeling that enthusiasts love. That's why this is usually considered a good ride. The ride, as far as I know, hugs the terrain, so it is always near the ground.
This was my first ever wooden roller coaster and i LOVED it! It was for a field trip at my middle school. Then I went on the Zoomerang, that was my first ever roller coaster with a loop and spirals, lol!!
Boulder Dash is the BEST terrain coaster ever built in the USA... better than The Beast IMHO best Internation Terrain coaster, Wooden Coaster a GCI woodie in China.
i was there the operatore tells jokes and theyre actully quite funny its a great place to go but whatever you do DO NOT I SAID DO FRIKEN NOT go on the wildcat it hurts soooooo bad it bump up and down ooo hard my back was sooar for 3 weeks afterwards

I went to lake Compounce for the first time a few years ago and rode Boulder Dash, and all I can say is this coaster is THE REAL DEAL.
for Boulder Dash being a woodie, it sure looks like a smooth ride!! awesome video!!

So, how do you mount the camera to the car?
It's smooth but the hills are really rough on your neck and back.
If Alton Tower was to get a woodie, I think we would end up with something like this. Us Brits can ony dream on... I doubt it would ever happen!
