Definitely my favorite was the Jayco Redhawk 26M. Loved the one big slide, kitchen set up, the rear bath and the TV / fireplace area. The Murphy bed set up was pretty cool too!
I think the Jayco nails it. While I’m not a fan of Murphy beds, I like the fact that the bending part is at the head of the bed, but I’m wondering why the designers didn’t make it so that there wasn’t a break in the mattress at all, but hardly a deal breaker….
Hi Mike and Susan! I love the Jayco the best. It’s nice and spacious and the large bathroom and counter space. I love the interior. And the dinette. I love the double sink but I love the big sinks as well. Enough to wash dishes. Unless it comes with a dish washer. Thank you for showing these Rvs.
Hi Sherri! Jayco does a great job with their floor plans and we like that RV too! Thanks for watching and we hope you have a great week! Mike and Susan
Really like the Coachmen Freelander. Biggest plus for me are the bed and the driver’s area. Being tall (6’4”) any additional height or width or length is a plus!

If you get the Forrest River the vinyl is crap. I’m looking for new seats now in my 7 yr old Forester. They started flaking 2 yrs ago and really look bad now. The vinyl on the dinette cushions and valence’s will need to be replaced soon as well.

Most RV toilets can be replaced with a compost toilet. We have an article that might help. Thanks for watching and commenting. rvblogger.com/blog/composting-toilet-for-rv/
@@RVBlogger thank you for sharing your blog 😊 very informative. My composite toilet will be an OGO. It appears to check off all my boxes. I just wasn’t sure if there may be something that unbeknownst to me where I would be unable to put a compost toilet in a class C. Thanks again! Happy travels! 🙏🏻

You must have the slide out out inorder to lower the Murphy bed. Yes you can still access the bathroom with the bed down. Thanks for watching and commenting Carl!

I would recommend checking out rvtrader.com or even Facebook marketplace. We purchased a used motorhome from Facebook so it is possible. Thanks for watching and commenting.
I went to see the Jayco a few weeks back which is the same as the Entegra (both 26M) and just could not get passed the price. One con for me is the limited outside storage, so if you are traveling for long periods or full-timing it may not be the best one. You can't even fit a small size table or chairs in the outside storage. My other concern (although not a 100% a deal breaker) is having a full wall slide. Those tend to give problems, and so I am on the fence about that. Other than that, the layout and length are perfect for me.
Glad you liked the Jayco. Were they willing to negotiate much on the price. I'm curious how dealerships are handling sales price. Storage is a very important factor, as well as, slide outs! They will be challenging at times. It's bitter sweet! Thank you for watching our RV tour video and commenting.
They were because it was a 2022, my problem is that I come from a fifth wheel and there are some tools, gadgets and necessities (that I have used in the past - I have been traveling since 2016) that I am not willing to give up and the rig doesn't have enough outside storage to accommodate them. The 2023 models are $20K+ what the 2022 was and they are essentially exactly the same.
It's great that you know enough to find an RV with the right features. Manufacturers and dealerships are going to have to begin lowering prices otherwise they'll be sitting on a lot full of campers!@@rvnut1133
I agree and advise people to be informed and vigilant when going in for negotiations as well. I found a dealer that gave me a fair price but when sat down to talk numbers they started to play around with the taxes and other fees. I knew they were double charging me in taxes, I told them right to their faces and walk away. That rig sat in their lot new for an additional year without being sold.
On the slide out one don't you have to slide it in when you go to drive so therefore the driver would not have that room going pushing the chair back unless he's just talking about you just sitting there
Because the dinette is in a slideout it gives a few more inches of space to allow the drivers seat the ability to slide back and recline further. Our Class C doesn't slide out so the dinette blocks that option. Just something for a potential buyer to consider. Thanks for watching and commenting.
The interiors are usually made from lightweight products to keep the weight down as much as possible. Thank you for watching our tour video and commenting Henry.

I would like to see "30 under 30" - 30 footers under $30k, well I suppose anything worthwhile under $30k would be good to see. How do lower budget people find something that is still reliable.
You would have to look at travel trailers to find something under $30K or a used motorhome. We found our used motorhome on Facebook marketplace so it is doable. Thanks for watching and commenting.
Yes I was thinking used motorhome for sure, biggest hangup I have is how to decide if a unit is 'worthy' of spending a few hundred dollars on an inspection. Don't have the funds to go through 5 or 6 inspections looking for a solid used coach. Maybe some kind of top 10 warning signs when looking at used or something like that? You may have already done that video?
I couldn't tell how much it costs to make but dealerships and RV shows are always negotiable. I would never pay MSRP for anything. Thank you for watching our tour video and commenting Henry.
