Yesss my hair is very tricky so sometimes conditioners are too oily for me and I decided instead of wasting it I would use it to shave my legs as an experiment and it worked so well. My legs were so smooth and smelled so good. It had coconut oil in it too so it helped with dryness.
Thank you for posting this. The idea of "men's" and "women's" on things like hygiene products is stupid. Same thing with there being a "boys" and "girls" section in the toy store... any kid can play with any toy. The genitals of the person have nothing to do with any of these products. But even though it's stupid, I see why they do it. Some men just won't buy some of these products like body wash, but if it says "for men" on it then they're like "oh ok, now I'm safe to buy this without feeling ashamed that I'm too girly" or something. And some women won't buy certain products unless it's pink or has flowers on the label, because otherwise they don't feel girly enough.
I am a guy and I use the more “girl” smelling deodorant. They are in the men’s section but I don’t like the smell of like “men’s wood” or “men’s ceder”
Yeah! I use "men" deodorant but the scent is kinda soft and "unisex" but I use them because I find that specific deodorant to be better, the smell and protection lasts for so much longer and it's made so you don't get stains
My husband picks ones that smell more like candy and they are old spice. Not my favorite but he sure likes them. It is good there are not such woodlike or musky scents for people who arent a fan of those

When companies say a product is fragrance free it means that they don’t add phthalates so make it smell a certain way. It just smells the way it naturally does

I like some men's colognes that aren't really strong that I would choose over a lot of perfumes. I like muskier scented candles too, a lot having sandalwood notes.. I like warmer muskier scents but men's are usually so strong. I love Molton browns peppercorn scent. It's the perfect spicy, not floral, warm scent without being so strong it'll make you ill 😂
You should both be using shaving soap not that canned garbage. Both "men's" and "women's" shave gel is garbage. Buy shaving brushes and even a semi-decent soap what you find locally is usually williams or van der hagen both are better than any gel but neither smell that good. There are tons of options online though.

Same with my boyfriend and I except we just use Aveeno lotion with different scents. Michelle Khare did this video on razors and every razor has the same blade except women's razors are designed for speed. So all that border and movement is made for quickness, but that also means that it's not as close of a shave. They said the best is a good old fashioned butterfly razor though

The only thing I get that is meant for men is the deodorant. I sweat when I am hot as well as cold.. the women's fruity deodorants smell horrible with my body's natural odor and the mens deodorant cancels it out.

As someone who buys both there's no such thing as a "pink tax" actually the women's products are often cheaper by online prices. In-store local prices of course can vary also brand to brand can vary.

From the beginning I wanted to say the only difference I usually care about is the smell, I prefer not to smell excessively sweet or flowery though if the quality of the shampoo is noticeably different I am not at all against buying the flowery shampoos. Also I only use conditioner to shave, in place of shaving cream. It lets the razor glide smoothly, it is hydrating to your skin and it just smells great.

Girl try coconut oil. Shave normally and then put coconut oil on afterwards and wash it off. You will be soooo soft and smooth!

Also I only use conditioner to shave, in place of shaving cream. It lets the razor glide smoothly, it is hydrating to your skin and it just smells great.

I think no products say 'women' etc on them, as they'll get sued for sexism and there's a much tighter security on female sexism than male sexism. And things say 'MAN' on them as its to make men feel like they need to use these products in order to be attractive/manly, it's a stupid business move really
