OnlyWhistles! Norfolk & Western Class J No. 611 Steam Train In Virginia (October 2023)

Supercut of all of the steam whistle action from my chase of N&W Class J No. 611 on the Buckingham Branch Railroad's North Mountain Subdivision from the weekend of 10/13 to 10/15. As of 2023, the 611 wears a newly acquired Hancock 3-Chime Long Bell whistle (not of N&W heritage), acquired by a member of the crew for use on the locomotive, replacing the tired, worn down whistle that's been on the engine since 2016. The video thumbnail is of the actual whistle, which is removed for safe keeping when not in use. Enjoy =)
