I here is a pesonal email i sent to someone dear to me i hope you find comfort in it. don't if you remember me talking about Peeks and valleys.and how i was being anointed by the holy spirit few years back and then i ended up in a very very place where it seemed like the spirit wasnt there god wasn't talking . and after continually praying I just got nothing . i even couldn't even find the sciptures to help me and and then what happen with the family in Bama and the Cody died . it was all i could do servive this. After 2 years i put the scriptuers in a box walked away . lonely depression and not one to talk with and no one would understand and so i now was in a personal full blown battle for my soul . I should known better i knew the sciptures job in and luke and many many more. The Adversary was waiting he had me for a little while. And one day I heard a little voice Reese Reese and i said hello who are you. " tust me i knew who it was" I said where have yoooou been and said come back to me I asked why he left me and he said i will never leave you or forsake you. I told hin i. Needed long time ago. I said do you still love me " he said """" I died you and hung on the cross"""" I said father im so far gone I don't even know where to begin im so ashamed . Luke 15:10 is was shown to me. I came across a video by David Wilkerson called dry places that had me in tears becuse it was exactly where i was at and what happen.
I needed this more than I cam say! Now I'm in tears because I understand where I am and WHY! Thank the Living God for David's ministry....he left a wealth of exhortation behind for God's children.
This is such a great message. It’s RIGHT ON TIME. I understand now that experiencing dryness doesn’t mean that the LORD is angry nor does it mean he’s left us,but HE is allowing this to bring us to a higher place. Thank you JESUS for my dry times.

I made a list of all the dryness in my life in Feb.2020 and I earnestly sought the Lord to know why and then the covid crisis hit fast ... and quickly the Lord answered all my dry places with a time to repent and a season of refreshing has come to me! Praise God for every season in life❣️One reason of refreshing is Pastor David Wilkersons sermons on RUclips, we’ve be convicted every time we listen and amazed how God is speaking to us in our present situations through this sweet Holy Spirit filled man . But we’re not putting our eyes on the circumstances but expecting God to work in everything happening.

So this doesn't only happen to me???? It's gotten to the point with every high point or great revelation, I know the next day or soon, I'll be EMPTY! Dry, discouraged, wrestling doubt and questioning. Thinking the worst, thoughts of quitting. Except, I can't. I can't because leaving would be death and I have to go through whatever it is until I get back to God. My heart is enlarged each time, the next good thing is greater than the last.
I’ve been idle on the journey for sometime now. Not knowing or understanding what happened. So used to being lead by spirit, nurtured with meat in due season. This dry spell is that oasis of the Lord, a place for Him to wittiness what I will do. Will I fall away backsliding to my old man of sinful living? Or will I continue to pray and seek the face of God. Recently given Psalms 23 I now know what is taking place. This oasis is for God no differently then during my fire forges. This me now, it's been going on for too long. I can't take it and I feel as though I am only learning pain. I was on fire before , casting out demons , getting prayers answered immediately , now I'm trapped in a past sin tht I can't break, and with the Holy Spirit in me it hurts that much more because I hate the sin I can't stand myself but I feel hopeless nd feel as though breaking free will never happen even though god is above me and in control... This dry season won't let up ... It's been far too long and I fear it won't end till I experience disaster in my sin, I'm so scared I'm incapable of doing my job for him.... I need him back.
Im in the same position, I was on fire for God and he broke the chains that bonded me. "1 It is for freedom that Christ has set us free. Stand firm, then, and do not be encumbered once more by a yoke of slavery. Galatians 5:1" The truth is my friend that we are free and not bonded by the sin that was the price Jesus paid on the cross, but we have a responsibility to keep running this race, the Devil is so good at tempting us and "we must put on the full armor of God so that we can stand against the Devils schemes. Ephesians 6:11" Im praying for you man I know that pain and feeling of hopelessness.
Keep fighting brother ask the Lord to deliver you and He will the Bible says when we submit to God, resist the enemy, he will flee. Come to Jesus with all of your heart, tell God you want to live right just surrender over your heart truly to Him, renounce whatever sin in your life ask God to help you keep from it and really repent with all of your heart, and that spirit that has you bounded will have to flee. It's a fight but I know something Good is at work in this place , The spirit of God is still convicting and that makes it harder since my very being is disgusted with my current place and I can't stand, nor do I see any value in sin only pain, I'm pushing and I pray that I will come out better on the other end. I am seven days late on my rent and bills and I am afraid that they are going to kick me out of my apartment, for the 5th month that year me and my husband are having an excruciatingly hard time financially ever since I have become pregnant five months ago. I don't know what God is doing but it's scaring the hell out of me. My health, my marriage, and many other things have been threatened this year also.i need prayer as soon as possible.and if there is anyone out there who cares enough to pray for me may God bless you beyond reason and measure abundantly in Jesus name amen
Nothing worse then being Immersed in the spirit time and time again and then . nothing months and praying and more nothing then after 8 9 month's i walked away and now 2 years im working back. I am a little confused how Daniel being in the Lion's Den was the result of his 'Dry Spell" in Daniel Chapter 6 (9:11). Daniel mourned for three weeks and felt like he had no strength left when he saw his vision of a man by Tigris only a few chapters later in Daniel Chapter 10...
I believe it’s because he felt like he had no strength left. I’m feeling like that now. And I feel so far away from God even though I commune with him daily and walk in obedience.
