See dude $10 is brighter than $300 and as u are a good artist u made both look same (except for the fact that one side is brighter)
So i would say $10 is better . But only you can understand that $300 is good or not as in camera we see the results but you while colouring, you get to see how it feels like using the both, or which one is easier to use in that way only u can judge the actual value.Yah i must say $300 gives u more shades than faber castell

Honestly, I didn't expect the $10 pencils to do as well as the $300, but it actually did insanely well.
They only did well because the artist is extremely skilled lol
faber castell is a german manufacturer... they are rly good...they are not cheap..above average
They also don’t mention how much better the 300$ ones are to draw with. It’s very smooth when you draw compare to the cheaper ones where it feels like you’re grinding a pencil on the paper

Well I wouldn't really agree, because for the 10 dollar one its a matter being limited to color choice but if you had the 300 dollar color pencils you can achieve the same color gradients as the 10 dollar one but it would be a shit ton smoother

I will say, I do like how the cheap pencils make the contrast between the shadows and highlights less noticeable, as it makes Goku look like he's made outta skin, rather than plastic.
His choice of color for 300$ version was lame / wrong.

300 - more saturated, deeper colours, less grain, better blend and arent reflective and oily
I totally agree since i have do have 40 caran dache lumiance colour pencils
Regardless, people still like the $10 one. For me, it’s mainly because it reminds me of the DBZ artstyle

The 10$ looks like a dbz coloring style.
The 300$ looks like goku that went to the beach and got darker skin and got more smooth.

Harjot Gill in my opinion it is. $300 for some good colored pencils that will last a while are 110% worth it, in my opinion.
As someone who tried the 300$ (my cousin had them) on it's way better than the 10$ even tho I recommend the 10$ because if you know how to use them then you'll get a result that resembles the 300$ ones
@@LegendYT1 with another $100 you can get the wacom one graphic display tablet and that has way more colors to chose from let alone the quality

I can personally tell myself the difference straight up. The $10 pencils are much brighter than the $300 (my eyes are very sensitive) and the impact of shading and shines.

Ah, the scene when Goku went Super Saiyan for the first time. Best scene ever. I just thought the fight between Goku Super Saiyan Vs Frieza was the best fight.
For me Goku ve Vegeta is the best fight in the whole series.

Dragon Ball Z was originally supposed to end after The Freeza's Saga with Goku avenging the Saiyan race by killing Freeza.

You begin realising how much better the 300 dollars pencils are when you see the way the clothes are colored, the 300$ Pencils have a much better blend and the texture is much more smoother than the 10$ pencils
This is a great comparison, they're both the exact same drawing, just different materials. And the results show the obvious price difference, in terms of how grainy and vibrant it looks

Golden Giorno dragon ball didn’t even have Goku ssj and I’m rewatching Dragon ball rn and I could say the art style is very different so nah
@@joos7375 Early DBZ, even as far as Frieza, was pretty accurate to the original art style of Dragon Ball. Which was Super Saiyan's first appearance, with Gecko, AKA Car Carrot

Honestly tho I kinda feel he spent more time with the 300 than he did with the 10$ to prove 300$ was better
with the 300$ he had more shades of each color so it took him longer to add all the shades of color and draw all the details and color blend
he didn’t spent more time to those in 300, he just didn’t give the same effort to those in 10.
He did a basic painting for the $ 10 and a truly professional painting for the $ 300. He doesn't seem to have worked the same way for both drawings.
The two sets aren't like-for-like, they won't completely match colours as a set. Maybe he did more with the more expensive ones imply because he couldn't with the cheaper set?
i think the reason the $300 dollar one took longer was because there was simply more colors to choose from. A $10 dollar pack only could have maybe like 10-20 colors. As a $300 dollar one would cost that much is because more colors and it’s more smooth.

The 10 dollar one looks more anime and the 300 dollar one is more realistic but they are both really good

I’d Go With The 10$ Color Pencil Instead, Looks Cool & 300$ Just A Darker Shade
you can get the picture of $ 10 pencil by using $ 300 pencil. but you can never get the qualities of $ 300 pencil by using $ 10 one. The reason why the artist chose to make a more contrast and sharper tone picture with his $ 300 pencil to show us it's fullest capabilities by using that pencil. to shows us the different. And you can see it from it's detailed and sharper tone. You still can make it lighter and brighter by using $ 300 pencil if you prefer it to be a more brighter.
If you need a more detailed and sharper tone, it will be hard by using $ 10 pencil while the $ 300 can do that much.
it's more like the different in DPI or a different in resolution quality of a screen. You still can make a blur picture by using high resolution technology, but you can never create a high resolution picture with low end technology. He still can make a picture with $ 10 pencil but it won't be a much of comparison.

But the 300$ one is nice and can show the light and dark good and the quality is way better

I think colours does not matter your skills matters (volume, contrast,figure, values etc)

my opinion the $ 10 seemed much more alive and colorful and the $ 300 more detailed and half lifeless to the two paintings were great congratulations was really cool

best picture if hair with 10$ color pencils and the body with 300$ color pencils
