Excellent Coil Stator Coil winding machine, The vertical pin with copper wire stating pin hole is inserting wire with polished ceramic pin at coil winding part in side stator ( sewing machine pin hole with ceramic insert hole, not to damage copper wire insulation) & tail part of pin is guided with custom build female slot, into that female slot , male tail part. Of wire insert which running of Machine, this male pin is moving part & female base milling slot part is stagnant which is not movable, under that guiding stagnant female base part, while running male pin moving, this moment of pin is designed custom build ,made for particular single product making, (SPM product)

priy bhaee, haan aap is masheen ko behatar roop mein bana sakate hain, mainne ise apane desh mein lagae gae pratibandhon ke dauraan banaaya tha jahaan har cheez kee keemat bahut adhik ho gaee thee vishesh roop se khaady saamagree.
mainne ise bina kisee samarthan ke khud banaaya, phir mainne sthaaneey baajaaron mein apane utpaadon ko bechakar apane parivaar par pratibandhon ka ullanghan kiya.

aapakee tippanee ke lie dhanyavaad, aap isake pratyek hisse ko apane aap (sthaaneey kaaryashaalaon mein) ka nirmaan kar sakate hain ... krpaya is masheen se sambandhit mere any veediyo dekhen taaki isake pratyek hisse ka behatar vichaar praapt ho sake.

Thanks again ....You can use the basic idea of the winding mechanism and built yours according to the purpose of (what the modified machine will be used for). Using wires of higher diameter need machines of higher power ,and the dimensions of the mechanism of winding have to be changed to to suit with the new action .
