Great video! I have a classification question. I have x order lines scheduled to ship per date, I know how many failed to ship and I want to track % of missed lines per day. Would that be the P chart? My reasoning is that it’s basically a defect, and since the sample size (lines per day) could vary showing it as % defects makes more sense. This leads me to the P chart.
