More to your point, what if you've never failed? I look back at my life and realize I've never failed...sure I've had some setbacks, but never failed. BELIEVE ME, I'm not bragging about this...actually I see it has proof to myself that I've obviously not pushed myself hard enough (aka, I've missed opportunities). I've opted for the safe path, rather than pushing myself. Thanks to people like Steve that remind us, to PUSH and to DO the thing!!
What would you do if you have something like autoimmune disease? which is not treatable yet, though it can be controlled. Would you focus just on living healthy (gym, healthy diet, sleep, etc) and going all in with it and rellying that it will help with it / maybe treat it? Or would you rather study what exactly it is and going with that "micro" approach and fixing those small issues related to the dissease? I mean doctors said I don't have lupus or any other autoimmune disease but it's no way true.. all the symptoms matches, all details fits so well that it's not possible to not being lupus, should I search for a doctor until I find the "right one"? That's also thing to consider
I'm not a doctor or qualified to give any medical advice but if it were me I would personally focus on prioritizing my health and maxing out the key areas: sleep, diet, weights/cardio and I would be learning as much as possible and considering every factor to help improve the situation/condition as much as possible.
Appreciate your videos man. It's simple and understandable
Glad you like them!
Sorry for the 30 minute late upload! I accidentally had it scheduled incorrectly
Love it!
