Skyrim Magic Behavior Overhaul : Inquisitor x Remake v0.3 Update

Inquisitor is an amazing skyrim mod created by Adri aka Botuser999
created that changes the behavior of magic in vanilla Skyrim
Thanks to Adri for the permission . im start updating and fix the original problem base on Inquisitor 4.2
I will inherit the original logic and rewrite the behavior diagram
And develop in the direction of making inquisitor close to ADXP/MCO but magic version
eventually will be a new behavior mod " Inquisitor: Warlock"

Update v0.3
Simplified more meaningless behavior branches
Fixed the animation link problem. You can now link to different animations on the fifth layer.
Changed the DAR folder structure to OAR and streamlined the number of animations
Update animation annotations and adjust transition time windows
Added new branching behavior diagram logic in preparation for future updates New feature: "Warlock"
Added an animation variant of the left hand: with the payload, pressing the forward key will cause different animations
