Great review Max! Always been a fan of Brioni fragrances too. I still have a small bottle of the original EDT--so jealous of your large bottle! I love the new EDP and received the EDP Intense over the holidays. My sense of smell has been fickle since having Covid a year and a half ago, but seems to be nearing 100% the last few months, so I'm finally getting to appreciate the notes in the Intense version. Especially love the oud and pink peppercorn, which reminds me a bit of Tom Ford's Oud Wood. On me, I also pick up some subtle incense, one of the notes I also love in the EDP version of Bleu de Chanel. Looking forward to seeing what direction Brioni takes on their next fragrance...
Brioni is very nice for a very good price. It beats out a lot of other designers, including the magnetic cap.

Max, i really love this fragrance. Have you tried the 2014 or 2015 Brioni by Brioni EDP? I haven’t seen a single fragrance reviewer talk about it. It’s worth trying.

I’m 23 and looove the intense
I picked up a sample from scentbird, and I loved the smell, but for me it faded in about an hour. I even tried it several times, and on my clothes. I expected much better performance out of a perfume. Did it fade quickly on anyone else, because I'm wondering if I just received a bad sample?
Hey Steve, that's weird - I've been wearing it and I get really decent performance. I do spray my clothes... not sure about scentbird... I'd get my samples from Perfuum.com
@@MaxForti When I received the sample I sprayed it on some card stock and I loved it right away. The next day, I tried it right after a shower and could barely smell it an hour and a half later. I liked it so much I gave it another try later in the week, and I added two sprays on my shirt also. It still faded quicker than I would expect out of a perfume. It smells so nice I'm sure I'll pick up a bottle to see if it's better. Thanks for the reply Max!
There is no vetiver listed in the edp Intense.

You should try Aaron Terence Hughes perfume. He is a independent perfumer from the UK.
