My Favorite Holiday Of The Year | Going Blonde With My Hair & Adding Highlights, Christmas At Home In Amsterdam With My Family, Don Diablo, Being Silly With My Friends, & Making Presents For My Family | Sanne Vloet
Hey Guys!
Happy Holidays and if you're reading this in Tokyo, Manila, or Shanghai MERRY CHRISTMAS! This is my favorite times of year with all the positivity, coziness, and joy, I just don't want it to end. I hope everyone is enjoying their time celebrating with family and loved ones. Don't forget to hug you MOM and tell her how much you love her.
So this year I get to experience two types of Christmas's. One with my family back home in The Netherlands and again now with my boyfriend Max in Thailand. Traditional with my family and the other celebration one full of love in the warm shining sun of Thailand, the "Land of a Thousand Smiles". Oh if you have any recommendations as to what we should do, where we should go, favorite restaurants please let me know. The one thing I am really looking forward to is taking a cooking course with Max on Christmas Day, can't wait to take home what I learn.
So in Holland we celebrate Saint Nicholas on the 5th of December with presents and a few other traditions. I know I've mentioned it before, but we make a box like a piñata to hide the present. We also write personal letters about the year for someone and usually they are quite funny. Let me know what you think of my creation for my mom.
I hope that I was able to share a little bit of what my Christmas was like back home in Amsterdam and how I spent my time at home. I didn't film as much when I was with my family as I hadn't seen them in so long. I find it important to disconnect by connecting with people, especially the ones I love. Are any of you guys disconnecting at all over the holidays?
So if there are any Don Diablo fans here let me know. I've known Don for exactly one year, we met last year on Christmas with Max. The show was AMAZING and my mom danced the whole time.
