I love the funky colored shapes projected on the wall, as if to try and counteract how square the guy is
That's a cucoloris (aka, a "cookie"). It casts shadows on solid backgrounds to break them up.
Forget the kids. This needs to be shown to the teenagers and adults !

At one point I thought this was the same guy who did that wholesome 'good night' intermission. That's not the case, but both men were named Ed
They are the same man, Ed Roberts. Both PSAs were made by Filmack of Chicago. He just more stern in this one while more friendly in the other.
This was the same guy who did the “Good Night” snipe.
